I heard higher RPMs makes the need for a Fluidampr aparent, but don't quote me on that.

Nope, no whp or rpm level NEEDS one. If you swap internals, even if balanced, the fluidamper will help prevent cracked oil pump gears, allow the engine to rev smoothly, and preserve main bearing life.

I want a price on one of those to Arturbo. Is there one that you can use for AC. How much if so.

Yep, they have a street version(AC/PS compatible) and a race version that only for alternator.

Getting mine through Arturbo as well.
