couple reasons...
-spool up the turbo
-more top end
-more power in general

The answer is when all you care about is lowering your ETs...
Actually nitrous works good in a turbo motor because turbo motors love the cold...

Use nitrous to spool up BIG turbos Faster.
Plus, it cools the intake charge.
