Default nitrous oxide or turbo?

There guys i am just trying to wonder and to ask what is the best thing for the reliability on a forced induction honda. Lets say we have an extra 100 bhp on the engine .
Which would be the most reliable the 100 bhp nos or 100 bhp turbo ?obviosly that you would have a perfect set up on the both of them. Because here back in malta people say that you can go more reliable on nitrous oxide on a honda , because with nos you are injecting cold air in the intake. With turbo you are compresing air into the intake so that means that you are transmiting heat. Can somebody help me and tell me what are the wright differences please?
