Default wheels size for turbo setup?

hey im gettin my b16 turbo'd and it will probably put out about 250 - 260 bhp, right now i have 9lb 13'' VX rims ... which i dont think will hold up to well. whats the cheapest, lightest rims/tires i can get for this kind of power .. so here it is again...

2200lb 90 civic cx
250 - 260 hp (turbo'd)
wheel size? tires?

If you want cheap and light:

Rota Slipstream 15x6.5", about 12 pounds, around $100/ea.

Tires depend on what you want to do with it. I run BFG KDW2's for street and occasional track use, with a set of Hoosier DR's for the drag strip. Plenty ofpeople run Azenis's too, they are not as good for street, but they are cheap and I hear they are good for the track.
