I currently have the from factory 9lb spring in my Deltagate (I know.. I know..
deltagates)

Anyway, I'm getting a nice boost controller, but I need a lower PSI.. What's the
lowest I can get, and where can I get it?

I think there is a 7psi spring.

i have a 5psi spring

 

3-5lb spring is the lowest, adjustable from 3-5lbs. I happen to have one for sale hehe

should be pretty easy to install, i think you just take the top half of the wastegate off and pop the new spring in there.
