What's the rev limit on my hybrid? (Z6/Y5)
I have a D16Z6 bottom end with a D16Y5 (vtec-e) head on it. Running a .48/.60 T3, uberdata, etc.
I'm wondering what the rev limit is now? Hoping I can rev a little higher than the stock Z6 rev limit (6400 I think?) because of the Y5's roller rockers.
What do you think?

Re: (phatrick2332)
why would you put the y5 head on and not the y8, ever your stock z6 head would be better?????? just curious, but all in all to answer the question, i would stay under 7200

Re: (Burke)
Yea I'm a jizz machine.
Thanks guys, 7200 it is.
And the reason I'm not using a different head is because this is the one that came with the motor.
I get 30+ mpg CITY while raping it all day long
50+ mpg highway
