whats a good turbo for a h23 for 7psi?

whats a good turbo for a h23 for 7psi?
i have been reading up on DSM turbo. I found out that 14b will be to small. So what DSM turbo should i get for my h23. also what manifold will work with the turbo.

the 14b is not to small. My friend had a 14b on his h23 accord and it pulled like a rocket. That turbo made the trq shoot up over the hp. TRQ wins races HP keeps u moving. He slapped a 57 trim t3/t4 .63 a/r on his h23 and now the car blows *****. We re-tuned it and my ******* SOHC Boosted Hatch wamps all over his h23 accord. and i'm running 5psi he's running 8.5psi
Just all depends on if u are trying to make as much HP as u want or what.
AS far as a turbo manifold the TURBO DSM Manifold will fit
