Just wanted to see what is going on with kteller, i bought a full 3" catback and test pipe from him last monday. Pm'd him about it, everything was all good. And now he is no where to be seen. NO phone number to call, emailed him and no response and i pm'd him on here but he is never on. Not trying to give him a bad rep. but a week gone by and no response to customer email and pm? anyone got his phone #??

tried almost every page on there. no phone number, only a fax number. but i'll take his phone number if anyone has it.

 

I wouldn't worry much, its a pretty solid company.

 

i'm not too worried..i know they got a good reputation, just weird that its been a week and no response. i bought from so many people before, heck i bought all my parts from the sponsor section and they all been quick to respond.

 

so what you are saying is its been 8 days and you are freaking out.... i believe alot of his stuff has to be hand made, so give him a little time to make the stuff before you demand it be at your doorstep

i aint demanding, just wondering whats up. and i did do some searchs before posting, a lot of people usually get their product within a week tops. i aint freaking out about it, just wondering if someone's got his phone or a better way to contact him since e-mail and pm'd on here have yet to work.

He doesn't seem to be demanding his product...he's demanding a response from a guy he gave money to. 2-3 days wait for a response seems normal....7-8 does not.

 

I've ordered from Kteller twice and they were really slow compared to most web based company I've dealt with. I always got everything I ordered, it just took forever to get it.

 

i just see it as, by posting a thread like this on Honda-tech, it whether it is your intensions or not, is a call out to say, this place can't deliver on products, they are slow and buyer beware. It may not be your intensions, but with the coverage this message board has, this kind of thread can have an impact on potential orders to Ktellar. Likewise, he may be busy right now making parts for customers, and therefore cannot defend himself on here. So it just comes into, this guy sucks and then someone else saying, yea look, he didn't even respond to this thread....

fabrication takes time, if you wanted in a box, ready to ship, places like Thermal, Apex'I, etc have products boxed and ready, fabrication takes some time.

There's a difference between wanting his product there fast and wanting a quick update/response from a company. If he were bitching that his exhaust wasn't there yet I'd agree with you, but all he is doing is trying to get into contact with KTeller to get an update on his order. It's normal to want to hear from a company, it's called reassurance. When you send someone a few hundred bills for something you want to at least be kept in the loop as to what is up.

OP: I wouldn't be too concerned. Something may have come up, maybe a family emergency. I bought something from a member a while back and then I didn't hear from him. I started to freak out, and after a month I finally heard back from him. He had a family emergency. My parts were here a few days later.

 

Took me a week-weekandahalf for my stuff to ship out I think. Don't worry though.. it's quality stuff and is made right. Fitment on these exhausts is TOP NOTCH.

 

yeah it took them a week and a half to ship mine too. it will be here tommorow. but its well worth the wait imo.

 

i just got my downpipe in like 3-4 days from the day i paid. but i did urge him how important it was to get this to me quickly... kteller

 

***not tryin to start siht***...but....my friend ordered something from Kteller a while back....he never got what he ordered....it was months....they never contacted him back

 

maybe hes just busy as hell making yall stuff. no time for net surfing.

no need to turn this thread into a hating on one another and hating on mike. all i wanted to gain from this thread was to see what he is up to and why he has not replied to my email and pm'd. it is not to bash his business, i personally think he does great work that is why i purchased it from him. if you dont have any positive thing to say about him or any information to why he might not be responding then you shouldnt be posting some bashing comment on here. thanks.

 

i got all my exhaust parts for my ef from him. ordered everything seperatley, exhaust piping. week later muffler and after that my cat. everything was shipped and at my door in less than a week. one of the better ppl ive bought from. its probley nothing.

 

i had same problem. Took a while to get parts. Wouldn't be so bad if he kept in touch by replying to emails or pm's.

 

i ordered some upper control arms about a year ago.. took a bit longer than i thought but got them. my freinds ordered a exhuast a few weeks back and got it pretty quick fomr him

 

i ordered all my DP material, full exhaust, charge piping material, flex pipe, cat, etc.. from him (went though a middle man.. lower prices)

and took about 3 weeks. and im in canada.
