Whats the best priced turbo out there?
IM looking to re-turbochrage my civ. (it was done befor but blew an oil seal). I want to find the least expensive kit for my car (94 ex)...all i want is a BASIC kit...im pulling the engine this winter and i want to throw a turbo on it befor it goes back in. Do you guys have any places that have decently priced kits????
