Default what would cause this?

what would cause my car to bog, hesitate and even die when i hit the throttle? i can rev at low rpm and when i hit around 3k plus it wants to die. i have some theory like:
i dont have ANY back pressure (open pipe) so the turbo keeps wanting to spin (i havent gotten my down pipe to the exhaust completed yet)
or
my fuel injectors are crapping out
or
my distributor is bad

please let me know what u think though (check my sig for specs).

You're running off a stock ecu + fmu? do you have a missing link installed?

yes

funny u ask because im running four check valves. i had the turbo on the motor before i built the motor and the check valves ran the car fine. i am looking to swap the check vavles for a misisng link though. u think maybe because i went to a lower compression CP pistons/eagle h-beam rods that my check valves may not be sufficient?

to add. i only built the motor to run the same PSI but more reliably. the turbo will stay 8-9 PSI. maybe 12-15 tops at the tracks.

k try taking the check valves out and just put the map sensor directly on the TB. at idle what does your vacuum look like?

don't run more than 7psi on the FMU though.

hmm you should be closer to -20... check for vacuum leaks.

with the AFC hack you can get away with higher boost than 7psi (440cc injectors, walbro pump). But it's a hack.

yes my check engine light is on but i was told that i could not check the cel because of the motor swap and the obd conversion harness and that the obd reader wont read it right. (Honda dealer)

or is it possible for me to check my cel?
