I'm no autority on this, but most of the "big boy" turbo's (ala DRAG, RevHard, F-Max) kits for the B18C1 deliver in the neighborhood 300 flywheel hp with proper tuning. For the sake of longevity, I would definatley look into rods, pistons, re-sleeving the block and maybe a block guard or if you really wanna get into it, decking the block (though for 300hp this may be a little extremme).

Well, I should have said close-decking it, which of course refers to welding a plate ontop of the block thereby making it a "closed-deck" block as opposed to the natural open deck design of all Honda blocks. Much more rigidity for the cylinder walls making it Turbo friendly

Well I have 274hp to the wheels, 200ft/ lbs of torque = 315 horsepower to the crank @ 7.35psi.
My set up:
-Rev-hard turbo kit
-3" arturbo downpipe
-3" thermal exhaust
-Greddy profec A boost controller.
-Tial Wastegate
Thats it...

Re: what turbo? (skunk2 teg)
those both will produce about the same HP, some people like either kit for different reasons..
if u want 300 @ the crank thats easy as pie, but 300@ the wheels is a bit tougher..
u CAN do it on stock motor, u will need one of the above turbo kits, 3" exhaust system including DP, Skunk2 IM manifld w/ throttle body for GSR, 440cc injectors, standalone ECU, maybe some cam gears, and 10psi of boost and ALOT of tuning.. that set up should yeild 300whp or maybe more..
