What turbo is this?
Cold side clearly says air research with no significant looking numbers on it. hot side is a 58 A/R. a buddy of mine has had it sitting in a box for years and im wondering the goods and bads of swapping this out with my 42/48 i have on my single cam right now. with my turbo i have now i hit full boost at 2 grand which is awsome but this turbo always leaves u wanting more. any info or advice would be much apreciated.
seems big for a saab turbo
looks like the bearing housing mounts to the engine which makes me blive its a semi truck turbo. either way, that turbine housing is too big for a sohc
