A lot of people use NGK BKR7E @.030-.034 gap
NGK BCP7E-11 also work.

for stock ignitor you should have a gap around .030

I've got a D16Z6 also and picked up some ZFR7F-11 plugs (after reading ht). But the stock plugs are ZFR5J-11. I tried looking for ZFR7J-11, but the parts store couldn't findem'. Can I just use the ZFR7F-11's? Are the BKR7E or BCP7E-11's same as the ZFR7J-11?
Pic of stock ZFR5J-11:

Notice the only difference is the size of the white ceramic.
