What size turbo should I get?

What size turbo should I get?
Hi everyone,
I was just curious as to what size turbo I should be getting if I want to create about 400whp or so daily driven? I want to try and keep my B16A block, but I'll upgrade to a B18B if I have to... Also, (like everyone else), I want the least amount of spool up time as possible. Should I go with a T04 turbo or should I get a hybrid turbo?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

T3/T4 .57 a/r .63 a/r stage 3 will be good enough to get you to your 400hp goal plus the spool up with that turbo is great....
