What size injectors?
I will be retuning and upping the boost on a fully built b18a with a t3 super 60 and I am trying to decide what size injectors to have him use. The turbo will definately be the limiting factor so we want to push the turbo to whatever it will be efficient too, upwards 20 psi at least, but I am unsure how much hp the turbo can support. I figure it should get us well into the 300hp range and 550s would probably get the job done with this setup but I know he will want more power(at least 400+) before too long. He wants to get 550s because they are cheaper and easy to find and anything above seems to be a decent price jump but I can predict he will want more power soon so I am telling him to go bigger but im not sure how big. I was thinkin 660s or 720s or sumthing around there, maybe bigger? Are there any good rule of thumbs as to about what hp the common injector sizes will support?
go to rceng.com hp calculator. altough it semes to be alitle conservitive. usualy 550's are good for about 325-375 whp. although i once made 300whp on 310's. (4-clinder). musta been around 100% duty cycle.

Yeah ive tried that but if i use their recommend "brake specific fuel consumption" of .60 its seems too conservative for our honda apps, I want an idea of what people with similar setups were getting at acceptable duty cycles. He said he found some 660s and I am gonna tell him he will want to at least get those, does anyone know how far will those will go or are 720s still the best bet? If it was my car I would say screw it and get 720s but I would kinda like to give him an idea of roughly what to expect from each so even though it may be overkill for now he can know what he is getting for his money and what he can expect from them in the future.
