I'm running the starion intercooler with new endtanks and 2.25" pipes in/out.

I'd say it works for low boost. Anything more than 1 bar and you want something else. the minus about it is that it doesn't have internal fins, so it won't cool the air as well.

i have a starion..can't beat free

but i set it side by side with the viggen when i was helping to instal Dave BLundy's engine...and i can safley say the starion OWNZ the viggen.

but the viggen is still a good piece.

and i have polished endtanks..thank god my friend Matt got bored...or i'd have had to be the ricer and do it

i just recently put a starion ic on mine and I dont have any problems with it. Although Im not running any big boost numbers. (Just stock settings) It suits me good. Its cheap and it gets the job done.

I'm running a new SAAB vigen IC. All i needed to mout it was cut 2 small semicircles out of the edge of the rad support. fits nice with stock bumper reinforcement too. i got it for under 120 from a friend at a saab garage.
mine is not rigged like the one up top either. I just moved the radiatior 1" to the drivers side and used the 90 degree outlet/inlet. nice short charge pipes! it's a pretty big core for a sohc turbo. works for me

you can see it in this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=635039

Looks good man! I had to put different endtanks on though... The EM1's chassis is a little different, and wouldn't work... Not to mention i'm keeping my a/c, so i couldn't move the radiator... ****... if i didnt have a/c, i would have gone backdoor with it REAL QUICK... LOL

well...one of my starions might be for sale soon...not sure though.

it's going to be the ugly one. a friend learned to weld on it. it has 2.5" in and out...and the welds are complete...just ugly as ****. and the two factory ports haven't been covred up yet. but it's in great shape fin wise...with a small dent on the bottom.

i have a rev hard intercooler i'm getting for free next week

suprisingly only 450's. looking at my settings one would think i was on crack having the hi throttle settings at -50, but the wideband doesn't lie. 11k miles boosted too. i think it has something with the way the hi throttle fuel tables in the ecu are on the dx. not sure exactly though. getting an egt gauge as soon as i can.
