What size injectors???
Okay guys here is the deal, I am going to be running like 10-12 lbs of boost on my new setup. I was wondering what size injectors I should run? I am a little confused and thought all the knowledge on here ecould help me out.....
whats the rest of your set-up? fuel managment?
stand-alone?
If so then 550's - 720's will be more then enough if you want to build the engine and run more boost down the road, but if your not going that far 440's- 550's should be more then enough.
v-afc hack your pretty much limited to 440's.
stock ecu no fuel computer 310cc is your limit

Right now I am running a VAFC Hack, so that makes it limited. However I am planning on doing either Hondata stage 2b, or AEM EMS. So I guess I would want the upper end then. Thanks for the help. Off hand what is the price on Hondata 2b?? Just wondering....And if you have it do you like it?
I believe the 2b is just over $400 for the system (tuning extra).
if you stay with the v-afc i belive 450cc is about as large as you can go.
If hondata is the route you go with i'd go with 550cc injectors and tune from there. they will support well over 300whp.

Do you like the Hondata 2B?? I mean it seems a little more cost effective for a street car, and I think with my plans it will work a little better. Thanks for your help.

unfortunalty i don't have hondata. i'm doing my own version of the hack.
sfc+fmu+310cc+holley 255lph fuel pump.
If i could do it all over i would definatly have gone with hondata, but since i had the fuel pump injectors, and fmu from when i first did the kit i decided that it would be best for me to just pick up a sfc to lean it out little and buy a crane trc-1 (like the btm) and call it good for now.
If i do follow through with my plans i will eventually be going hondata but thats after I build the engine and up the boost above 15psi.
Also look into the uberchip pm him for specs (uberteg)
