What is a safe revlimit for myself?
New setup is going to be:
eagle rods/cp pistons
ferrea valves/springs/retainers
d16y7 head with stock cam
arp head studs
t3/t04e 50 trim .48ar
I was thinking 8k rpm's?

I would say around 8k, but i would consider upgrading that cam to take advantage of the rest of the valvetrain.

I've never seen a cam for the Y7, and so IMHO, your wasiting your money on valve train parts because the stock cam is going to die past 7 grand.
Spend the money on a Z6/Y8 head swap.
