Default D-series cam help

I found massive pits in the exhaust lobes of my CAM. A buddy said it could be detionation. So Im in the market for a new cam. I had a ZEX 105300, a buddy suggested bisi-moto cam. The issue is I have crower springs a retainers. Could I use this with the bisi cam even though it says to use theirs? BTW the motor is turbo.

how are you planning to rev your head? if you rev like a stock or sligtly more the stock cam will take you past 400whp. with a peak Hp around 7k (of course other factors play a role)
