Hey guys,
ive been researching for the last half hour and i cant really find exacly straight foward what i should be using.
i have a b18c1 with approx. 165 XXXkms, i just turbocharged it and about to put in all my fluids, tranny fluid, engine oil etc.
question is....
What are the best fluids/oil to get for my motor?
Thanks in advance.

Personally I've always run Castrol GTX 10w40. Never really had any issues.
Honestly, for standard setups just use the quality oil of your choosing. I have NEVER EVER seen distinct performance or reliability differences from people changing oils in a common every day daily driver setup. As long as you use a good quality oil and change it regularly you should have no real issues.

Will be running Rotella 5W40 once the car is done. I wish I could find some 0W40 locally.
castrol 5w50 synthetic, in my race car, castrol GTX 10w30 in my 00 SI daily driver, castrol GTX 10w30 in my odyssey. I guess I am a castrol man.
run rotella 10w30 or brad penn 5w30. both have zinc addatives which improves life of the engine and turbo and they have a higher thermal viscocity breakdown temp to handle turbocharged applications
i personally run castrol gtx 10w30 but switching to rotella on my fresh rebuild, its much cheaper than brad penn but probably not as good bt still better than conventional motor oil. and im not a huge fan of regular synthetics. to watery for me
