Hey i got a b18 i want to up the boost on past the map sensors limits. what map sensor do i need to get. i know GM makes a map sensor that i can use but what application does it come off of? or at least point me in the direction of an aftermarket company that makes em.

the gm 3bar part# is 02223861, the only car i can find it comes off of is a 89 trans am turbo, so youll have to get a new one unless u can find someone selling one, if your not going past 15psi you can get a 2bar off any supercharged gm.

 

where did you get that part number from? thats not a GM part number. I work at a GM dealer.

 

Ok i just ordered the motorolla 4 bar MAP. now all i have to do is solder the 3 wires into my stock harness where the current MAP wires are correct?
