i am currently running a gm style 3bar map sensor at 27 psi and need to step it up to a 3.5 or 4 bar map sensor...i havent decided to change it with a 4 bar gm style map sensor or get the aem 3.5.. my question is by changing the map sensor will that throw my whole tune off? i know i have to go in to the hondata and change the setting for the type of map sensor but will it change any of my afr values and affect my tune in any way?

the tune should not be affected as long as you rescale the maps for the new map sensor. id keep an eye on afr's just to be sure (good chance to see just how accurate hondata is)

 

You would have to re-scale the tune for the new map sensor....
