Default What machine to get cylinder head "refreshed"?

Im pulling my cylinder head for the season and I want to get it "refreshed" cause it looks like the valve seals may be a little worn and such.

I was going to dissasemble the head myself, get the cast and valves hottanked, have the valve seals replaced- would that pretty much get it back to newish condition or is there more I would need to do? (replace guides, recut valve seats, three angle job)?

Im not looking to spend alot of money just want to get the topend back to newish condition... thanks!
