What kind of turbo is this?
Its says on the compressor TD05H - 49178 - 01. I looked and its a mitsubishi turbo. But I would like to know what kind? 14b, or 16g... Will this work on a 1.6lt. DOHC jdm ZC turbo build? Thank you f.i. gods....

You need to take a detailed pic of the compressor wheel. Whatever it is, if its a td05 you should be good to go for the ZC. Its most likely a 14b, if its a 16g its a small 16g im guessing.

We can't say much unless you measure the compressor wheel to within 1/32". It looks like its a 14b, unless the previous owner had that 14b cover machined to accept a 16g wheel. Either turbo will work decent for that motor. About 250whp *****-out for the 14b, 325whp or so for the 16g - at least with those housings.
