Default what kind of oil for F.I

hello i just recently bought a peak boost kit and im putting it on my gsr today the bottem end of the motor os stock i was just woundering what kind of motor oil u would recomend thanks alot

Mobil 1 10w-50. It's for forced induction applications. Or use Mobil 1 5w-30. Synthetic for both listed.

0w-50 for forced induction? Wow. Is Mobil1 0w-40 okay?

i personally seen there 10w30 oil awhile back come out absolutely horrible...honest to god like knock off oils...this **** was thin and barely had any viscosity left to it...after about 2500 miles of boostin.....i personally run mobile 1 10w30....never failed me...and have no reason to change

Check out test results on Amsoil 2000 race synthetic. Then either go with the best or use whatever you want. By the way, Hastings oil filters are one of the best that you can find. Not a big secret, look into it and you'll find out.

5W30 mobil1 synthetic oil. Or royal purple 5w30

I always ran 20w-50 synthetic since I turboed my car. It's been 3-4 years and never had problems with it.
