Default what kind of metals are you using..

just curious on the types of tubular metals sizes, materials, and whatnot for welding IC piping, charge pipes, and exh. manifolds for the DIY guys...and are you bending them urself and if so where to get a pipe bender that can accomodate 3" piping...unless you use heat to bend...

People seem to be stingy with that kind of info I don’t know why? But for manifolds I use schedule 40. I get it bended at a shop because you need mandrel bent piping cause of the flow, all you need is a bunch of 90 degres. As for the ic piping I use aluminum and rubber bends cause aluminum bend are expensive, or I usually go to the exhaust shop and use exhaust piping for that.
