Finally Dyno results
Well We had our dyno day today .
I ran the car right off the street and 1st run went 267 to the wheels and like 2something tq.
we then played with the fuel and started jumping up to 280's and 290's ./
the best run was 293 and i forget the tq, i will try to post the sheets as soon as i can get thme to opn on this disc
the car was running great , only pushed her to 8psi and had the timing retard to .75 degrees per pund of boost on pump gas, the car feels phoenominal on the street now both partial and full throttle, its just sick
Nate has some movie clips too i think hes gonna post.

nope 94 Sunoco pump gas, and the timing was retarded .75 degrees per psi of boost.
if i had race fuel i woulda dumped more timing ins and went 10 psi . . . w stayed conservative with it
the car is nutty now .

Your dyno graphs were really jumpy. I wasnt happy with the way they looked. He didnt have the screen setting to s4, which makes the graphs less jagged looking. If you put it back on the dyno un-heat soaked, with larger exhaust you'd be making over 300whp.

everyone that said it can't be done on a type r
i'm sure he woulda hit 300whp if he didn't do like 10 runs in a row....
that was on a 2 1/2 dp and exhaust if i wasn't mistaken...

My website will be up probably late spring. Unfortunately my junior year at college with mechanical engineering is killing me. I will have bits and pieces up, but not the entire thing done like i would liked.
Pete has 2.5" dp, 2.5" exhaust no cat. His turbo is a 60 trim, t3/t40e .63a/r. The best street/strip turbo IMO.
The fuel system was hondata, 550cc injectors and walboro fuel pump. We need to hook up the 3 bar sometime.

anyone who missed this dyno event should be kicking themself in the *** right about now.
Gaddamn that is just sick!
so Pete, have you had time to beat on you R since yesterday?
get into any runs?
gotta watch out for those aggressive drivers.
ohh BTW what is up with Nate's car is he gonna go hondata or is he gonna stay with the hack?

I will get numbers of my setup asap. Congrats to all because we impressed everyone who doubted FI hondas that day.
it was 5.2 psi's to be exact. Without a peak/hold function its kinda hard to figure out what it boosts with a boost gauge... ~5.2 sounds about right for a .45 bar spring + pressure loss...
Hondalogger said 5.2~5.5lbs. Your correct, with the pressure drop across the piping and intercooler .5~1lb of drop is very common. As far as i know hondalogger psi readout is extremely accurate. It showed a 2psi variance between the reading and my Greddy boost gauge. I trust what the map sensor is seeing way more than what the greddy gauge is seeing.
