Does any one know what BOV this has i think its HKS but i dont know which kind...

No they do not.

HKS isnt using one on that skyline that cool sound is air slipping past the throttle vavle as he steps back on the accelerator.

No thats the sound of air comming out the a BOV not throttle valve, I dont know what that evo has on it.

The high horsepower HKS vehicles use the OLD SCHOOL HKS Racing BOV that looks exactly like the Greddy Type R (uses the same flange) or no BOV at all. The ultra rice gimmick SSVQ is NOT mentioned in any of the parts list and HKS normally list any and all parts produced by them when used on a demo vehicle.

The rushing air in the video sounds like compressor surge. I will see if I can find the complete parts list on a japanese website.
