Make sure that you do a compression test (at the very least) before you order your turbo kit.

It'll save you headaches and wallet aches in the long-run.

truth: 99% of girls may love the "toot" noise or what we call the BOV.

but 100% of girls hate the sound of a bosch inline fuel pump under the hood.. and you will get asked "what is that noise" when anyone new gets in the car

you will *eventually* blow your motor by running over 8psi on stock injectors

Truth: fuel safe line rated for 150psi breaks down and leaks when attached too close to the turbo. It also loses it flexibility and cracks when heated.

Truth: Hot oil will sneak out of the smallest opening.

Truth: Most women don't appreciate the work required to make a FI Honda run good.

Truth: Home Depot can save your ***.

Truth: Weld your oil drain to the pan.

Truth: Your PVC system will always cause an argument, especially that little valve-cover filter.

Truth: Some people don't know the difference between the high-pressure 255 l/Hr Walbro intank and the High-volume Walbro 255 l/Hr.

Truth: inline pumps are noisy.

Truth: its not the size of your BOV, its how you use it.

Truth; High rail pressures are not good.

Lastly: when your motor has 230K miles on it, sometimes you really gotta push it to see how long it lasts.

Truth: Home Depots that are open 24/7 are lifesavers for those late night wrenching sessions when ya just have to have a part.

Only use gas from the majors: Shell, Texaco, Chevron...stay away from the cheep gas at 7 11s, Arco, Circle K, etc...

If you pull up to your gas station and the Big Rig is there filling up the tanks...LEAVE without getting gas...that tanker is stiring up all the debris iin the tank and it will get into your tank if you pump gas...leave and go somewhere else...

Try not to drive your Turbo vehicle on less than a 1/4 tank as sludge in your own tank will be more prone to getting sucked up into your fuel lines.

Taking your gas tank COMPLETELY OUT and cleaning it out is a great idea.

MAINTAIN the integrity of your fuel delivery AT ALL TIMES!

Truth : Get yourself a turbo timer and stop sitting around like a jackass trying to explain to people why you need to "chill" in your car for a couple minutes.

Or get a water cooled bearing housing and only wait 15 seconds to turn the car off. The turbomafia turbo timer is no timer at all..jk

God ain't that the truth

Truth: Building a high hp turbo Honda is the truest test of labor of love. Also the truest test of your credit limits

Truth: Tuning with a wideband oxygen sensor and a EGT gauge will make your car extremely powerful and reliable - IF - you know whats safe and what's not.

Truth: Hondata is the nicest thing to happen to street Honda turbo systems since DRAG.

Truth: If you spend all of your time trying to build the "perfect motor", then you will end up with a massive shopping list, a pantry full of Ramen noodles, and a car that takes too long to build. Keep it simple stupid (thank you Art)
