What internals for JRSC
You'll probably need an intercooler, but maybe not. depending on what psi you run to get 250whp. After 9psi JRSC starts getting hot and less efficient.
Get it tuned properly and you won't need internals. Anything above 250whp then you should get some forged pistons and stonger rods. And sleeves if you got the money.

There is no intercooler/aftercooler available for the Prelude JRSC. You are not going to want to run more than 9 psi on the lude JRSC. 9 psi will net you around 250 whp if you have a manual tranny. If you really want to do 9 psi on a lude JRSC, and you don't have an auto, consider the new 9 psi package from hondata: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=519820
If you want to build your bottom end (sleeves, forged pistons), you are looking at an additional ~$5000 investment.

Wasnt there a great dyno of a 250whp JRSC'd Lude @ 6PSI the other day?
I think with tuning and the right components, 250whp should be attainable @ 6PSI on stock internals.

Haven't seen it, post a link. There was one posted just this week that made 250, but it was running 9 psi. The only 6 psi JRSC setup I have seen on a Prelude to make 250 whp was on a JDM H22 (10.6:1 compression). Haven't yet seen a USDM make more than about ~230 whp with 6 psi. That's on the high side. They typically make 210-230 at 6 psi, depending on setup and tuning.
