Default What Happen to DMH Performance?? Phone Cut Off & No E-mail Responses!!

I'm just Curious to Those Who know.
What's up w/DMH Performance (www.dmhperformance.com?
I shipped my cut out 3-months ago (for servicing) and still I haven't recieved it back???
Are these guys Bankrupt or did they Move?
Or Ingnoring US?
I dont Normally Post this kind of thread but at least a shop should get back w/me or anyone w/some sort of Status Service!
FYI: I Don't Annoyingly Keep Calling/Email . Just One or Two simple Contacts.

u have to keep on calling them, i takes them some time to send u stuff but they do, my e cutout motor tend to last 1 month tops and they are really good about sending me stuff, they can be bad about picking up there phone
i call around 11 to 12 in the afternoon and they tend to pick up around the 2ed call back

btw they have never got back to my emails as well, calling was the only thing that worked.

Ive emailed them and called them for the last 6 months on and off. I have never once gotten a reply or callback. Poor customer service, I wouldnt recomend them to anyone. They had 2 emails, both of which I emailed quite a few times and never once got a reply. I called a few times a week, never reaching anyone.

for DMH

yea, my cutout motor decided to fall off the other day. it took me a month to get it the first time from dmh, so i was gonna order one right from summit and then send my old one back to dmh, but even on summit's site it says they are out of stock for at least a week or 2...

too bad too, because i think this is the better cutout of the ones available

i just called them yesterday. The guy I got on the phone sounded like a stand up guy and really cool...and REALLY BUSY. He did mention he was selling out of stuff really fast and it was hard to keep up..and I had gotten the last 4" cut out...so be patient...and im sure it wouldnt hurt to make a couple phone calls 1-513-753-3866

No inventory, no cust server, and not letting customers know of a wait = shady business practices. Or just inexperienced/stupid practices. So few people understand the real need of retail - keep the customer happy.

As long as they get what they want in a reasonable time, all is well. It just seems a lot of people think if they can build motors, why can't they build a company too?

i actually ordered from speedfreaks.com and got mine on time and in stock. you must realize that these guys supply their distibutors as well, as the general public. so if a large order comes in they would be obligated to serve the people that help them sell the products.
DMH is a great cut out
