My garage in the business park is right beside where he used to be. As far as I know he has closed down for the time being.

Thier website is speedpartsrus.com (or was). He was working on custom units for the srt4. IC prices have gone down so much now from all the chinese stuff available that I don't think he really wanted to do them anymore.

Exactly, from the time I ordered my JRC cooler, ebay prices got slashed by almost half. I almost bought a $330 bar/plate version Now you can get a huge bar/plate for $150 that is actually decent. IIRC the CCA fmic's were the tube fin style. I always prefered bar/plate because the endtanks are flush with the fins.

seriously, I was just looking around casually and found a chinese hookup that sells IC's that fill the bumper for $45. Minimum order 50. I thought about importing these and selling them but eBay is so ******* saturated already its rediculous.

I bought an IC from CCA back in 00 and he was a hell of a nice guy and a nice product.

it's too bad these skilled US craftsmen are being replaced by 8 year old chinese girls high on opium. but thats business.

Thats the honda market. There are others who don't mind paying $500-$1000 for a well built intercooler. Theres a big difference in the quality of the cores used.

Its sad that he jumped on the bandwagon and started selling the cheap chinese stuff...many people continued to buy from them because they were made in the USA, after they sold out, they lost their following though.

Yeah CCA sold his company and everything. I have 45-50 of his good intercooler cores but i haven't got around to welding end tanks on them yet.
