what engine; turbo or super???

I'm getting a 92-95 civic ex. I dont know if i should get an h22, or a b18, or a b16 engine. I heard that h22's cant get more than 10 lbs of boost with a turbo charger.
and i have no idea how much boost b18's or b16's can get. what are the hp/torque/price differences between turbochargers and superchargers. please help me out with my questions

There is no magical number.
Do some searching on here, you will find a wide array of set-ups.
Hp and tq figures will vary greatly do to the many tuning techniques and turbo sizes. Just cause one car makes 250whp that doesn't mean the next car will make the same.
