make your own downpipe. Thats the only real way to get a dp that will work with your hf manifold and be under $150. But an exhaust flange for you turbo at http://www.atpturbo.com and buy a 180 degree bend of pipe and maybe a straight section and a flex section and weld that sh*t together. If you don't have a welder or the skills this could possibly be a problem but try to find a friend to help out or something.
Oh and you will need an adaptor plate made if you are using an hf manifold.
a few other small things that are often times overlooked...inlet gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, oil pan gasket, oil restrictor, synthetic oil, oil filter, fitting for oil return line into pan, boost controller, couplers, clamps, fuel management?

atpturbo is an awsome site and they have excellent customer service. You can get the oil restrictor (which I would recomend) and the exhaust stuff there. You can get the exhaust manifold and oil pan gasket at like autozone or any similar auto parts store. An hf adaptor plate can be bought. Not sure where but could post a thread saying you want to buy one in the classifieds section.
Another great site for exhaust components is http://www.kteller.com
