I am about ready to boost my 2000 Gsr. I plan on purchasing the complete drag 3 kit and run afc hack with 450 injectors. Is there anything else I need to purchase in order for the turbo to run efficiently? and I don't plan on boosting no more than 7lbs. Your inquires are appreciated.

Well I hope you know the downpipe doesnt connect to the cat. You'll have to get some work done.

 

then save your self the money and just use the FMU that the kit comes with.
if you have a afc, i would just use it to tune the fuel, not as the only means of fuel delivery....

The drag 3 kit itself is basically ready to go? Would my car pretty efficient? I know later I will upgrade its whole fuel management with hondata. I just need to know if my car will run pretty good with just the drag3 kit alone.

 

I would at least upgrade the oil return line. Get SS line and fittings.

 

true but thats not needed, it is a basic ready to go kit.....you CAN run it with what it comes with

im running the afc hack and it runs great..if ur gonna run that and ur car is obd-2..then get some obd-1 injector clips (im using crx) and a resistor pack along with the dsm's

 

the drag kit should be enough to get you going..then when you get more money, you can do the an lines and other **** like that. Be sure to get a turbo timer.

 

you really dont need a turbo timer if you are patient, but i plan on running one as well.
