what else do i need for 10psi?

what else do i need for 10psi?
i drive a 98 dx coupe. so far i have
Greddy 15g turbo kit
IC
BOV
all the gauges
turbo timer
boost controller
i know i need a fuel pump, injectors, FPR, colder plugs, and what else? for the items i listed what brands should i get? im planning on doing the mini-me conversion, will the C/R be too high for 10psi at the max?
