Default what does everyone think

im rebuilding my car and was wonderin how much boost i can run for the most reliablity/longevity. here is my setup
b18b block
81.5mm je 10.1 pistons
eagle h beams
stock crank
oem bearings
650 injectors
hondata s200
t3/t04e "57 trim"
gsr head with itr valves
gsr cams
3 in catback
skunk 2 pro intake manifold

msd 6a ignition
im just about done putting the car back together and have to decide how much boost to run for when i get it tuned. idealy i would like to get as close to 300 hp as possable but im using stock sleeves. ive done a ton of research and i figured i would just like to hear what everyone thinks. this is a daily driver and is my only car at the moment. to be frank im going for reliablity here(if thats even possable). my friends at realtime and king think i should just run it at 7 no more than 10 psi. what does everyone here think. thnks a ton for your HELPFULL answers.

dont go at it with a boost number in mind, think power. you dont want to know if you can push 7 psi or 10 psi, you want to know if you can push 250 or 300 whp ya know? you have hondata so take it to a reputable tuner and im sure they can pull close to 300 outta that thing safely all day long . Compression is a tad higher than ideal for FI, but that just makes it a little trickier to tune, not any less reliable. Im also a firm believer in a meth injection kit $200 especially for higher compression FI setups.

You should be able to make ~400whp on pump gas reliably....talk to your tuner and see what he's comfortable pushing it to....a lot of it depends on the gas you use as well..

A 10:1 ls/vtec and a 57trim@10psi should hit 300 no problem. A 9:1 ls/vtec and a 57trim@10psi will have a few percent less off-boost power, but more timing will make up for it in boost.

For 300 max you'd really be better off with a 60trim T3 combined with a gear-based boost controller & a 2.5bar MAP sensor. Much quicker spool, same power at a bit more psi, and 60trim T3's hold their value if you ever want to upgrade.
