alrighty guys i am gunna start buying parts for my turbo d16 here very soon i just want to see if i am on the right track here.

bottom end:
srp pistons (8.5:1)
srp rings
cryogenically treated d16a6 rods
AEBS t-sleeves (maybe thinking about it tho)
zdyne gold secu
(just a short list not to much into it yet)

revhard manifold
tial 35mm wastegate
t3/to4e turbocharger
tial or hks bov
720cc rc engineering injectors
255lph walbro fuel pump

aem fpr, fuel filter and fuel rail with ss braided line

as for the head i havent figured out what i am gunna do yet, any suggestions??

by the way this is going into a d16a6 sohc non vtec

What are your goals anyway? That might help..

400 hp range and a 11 sec time slip, just a bit of power on tap for passing speed on the freeway and i can show somebody whats up if i really have to. and its a daily driver.

What about ignition though?

 

im still debating on my ignition setup, i am looking at a msd 6 with blaster 2 coil, but unsure yet, i am wondering if the digital 6 works also cuz its got the two step on it. these are the three i am debating on:

msd 6 blaster 2 coil
msd digital 6 blaster 2 coil
msd sci with blaster 3 coil

i am also trying to get ahold of JG to see what kind of a head package they have for the motor, theyve done one turbo fourth gen d16a6 before that i know of and it used this setup that i am going to run

 

I think your droppin your compression to low, especially if your gonna drive it on the street.
