to take care of the engine so it can last long ?
cuz im really scared to blow my b18c engine. i heard that turbo hondas blew engines easily ;(:

dyno tune!

use mobil 1 synthetic

dont get boost happy and increase that + 1psi

use the highest octane you can get

turbo time

ehhhh, what else....

 

Don't floor it everywhere you go. That is the best way to keep your car running good for a long time.

 

drive my car as infrequently as possible
ride in my friends 330 on 19s, another with a GS300 on 20s, and a wrx stock at the moment.

Oh yeah and dont race until car is running perfect. Not 'ok'. Perfect.

 

Exactly what these guys said anddon't race every little ricer tat comes revving his **** even if his intentions are to hear your turbo. Drive hard here and there but don't kill the car and don't mis shift at high r's to a lower gear or over rev.

build the **** out of your motor, sleeves, pistons, rods, ss valves, etc

 

Dont turbo it, dont spray it, dont increase the compression, retard the ignition, and keep it for frequent trips to the grocery store.
If you talking about making sure the motor stays tuned well and doesnt give out under high/any boost applications..........................Tuning and Maintanance!
