Default What is CORRECT Fuel Pressure?????

I am getting a LOT of different opinions on correct fuel pressure for my setup.

1.6 SOHC VTEC w/GReddy TDO4H....(see more below)

Running 38psi idle and 54psi boost (7psi), dyno says still slightly rich at all rpm ranges... (GReddy says these numbers are perfect)

But Im told fuel pressure should be 80 to 100 psi...WHAT IS THE TRUTH? I am tired of opinions...

that seems super low to me. what's the rest of your setup? what size injectors, are you running any type of fuel controller or computer? I'm in 100 psi range, I can tell you that for sure. However the dyno usually doesnt lie, although I cant imagine it showing that it's still rich. have you tried another dyno?

My setup is posted (see below).

Injectors are stock.

GReddy blue box tricks ECU into thinking engine is cold, so it delivers more gas to injectors.

VAFC is only set to 5% enrichment, above that it gets to rich.

So, i dont know but thats what i know. ya know?

Whadya think?

oh ,hehe , didn't see that. so that bluw box isnt the same as the one for GS-R? does it tie into MAP sensor at all. well it looks like you have other things you're using for enrichment. the 80-100 psi rating is if you're strictly using an FMU for fuel enrichment.

same GReddy blue box...that's what the blue box does...its ties into the ECU brain which in turn figures readings from the MAP sensor, etc (or something like that).

you're fuel pressure isnt an issue then, those 100 psi numbers are for FMU equipped cars, you're blue box compensates through injector pulsing.
