what to build next

i have a turbo integra, b18b1 motor, iam running 8 psi with a 57 trim turbo. iam wondering what i ahve to build 1st the head or block so that i can run more psi safley, and what parts i need, thanks

well im on 10psi at the moment adn there are several others pushing 12-16psi on stock LS's
but more built!
