Ok, I have a question. I hear that "drive it like you stole it" all the time, and I'm assuming they mean driving like a maniac.

I never stole in my life, but if I ever did, I woudn't be driving all crazy with a stolen car, I mean come on.

Thats true, i mean, if i stole a car, i'd probably be driving as least likely to get pulled over by a cop as possible, as to not draw attention to myself.

"drive it like i stole it" is my way of saying that im always in Vtec at 8000rpm's but that how you got to drive a b16 to get any kind of performance out of it.

im looking to have to perform the best it can and still be able to be a daily driver....(I will have to learn to control myself )

the question is kind of broad dont you think??? i mean are you planning to boost,SC or spray or go all motor?? we cant suggest a setup unless you list your budget, preference of FI or anything. how about some more info.

Ok from my understanding right now turbo is the only way to go for highpower so what i guess i was asking is whats the best turbo setup , should i bore over the engine sleev or what .....what parts do you think are the best .....as for money ???????? i will soon be graduating from PSU with a ME degree so if i get a job the average is 60000 a year and i am willing to take time to save up and do everything all at once just trying to get a head start on everything and if i find out what is the best now by the time i go to buy it... it maybe cheaper ... but will probly just buy thigs as i find them............sorry for sounding like a dick.....

It sounds like you want to go all out. YOu will want to re-sleeve the block golden eagle I hear is good and also Darton sleeves. Get some lower compression pistons JE 9:1 some rods crower, manley. They should balance your crank when you re-sleeve your motor. Build your bead by getting some ferria valves, titanium retainers, and titanium dual valve-springs. You will also need some high performance valve guides. You might want to port and polish the head while your at it. Get a new intake manifold, JG or sunk2, throttle body 65mm. That is for the build

as for the turbo you can either get a kit or just piece it together. You can get a drag kit with upgraded turbo to say a garret gt30 dual steel ballbearing. You will want to upgrade you wastegate from the delta that comes with it to a tial wastgate. Get a 2 1/2" downpipe if you want ac or 3" if u dont care. you will also need a good 3" exhaust all the way through. You will also need to get some injectors rc 440's or more depending on boost. Thats all I can think of right now. Later.

ps.s Arp head studs and main studs all new bearings etc. lets the pros worry about all that, new oil pump.

Wow, where do you get the titanium valve springs??? anyway, rememeber to keep it simple. the more complex you make it the more problems you have. i made over 550whp with stock type r throttle body and intake manifold,no port no polish on type r head. standard ferrea stainless valves, springs and retainers. revhard log manifold and a simple hondata piggy back. the #1 thing you forgot amongst all of the high priced, high end parts ,is management. no matter what you build, no matter what quality parts you use if you dont have mgmt it will not last!!!
