Default what are the best cam settings??

I have crower stage 2 turbo cams, setup is in sig. where should I set the cam gears for best results?

There is no answer to that question. Its all about the tuning and where they make the most power. YOu are gonna need to dyno tune the car and mess with the cam gears and adjust them and watch the power gains.....

whatever your car likes are the best setting no general one answer but there is a general idea though that the intake and exhaust settings should be 2* apart at setting example IN. 2* EX. 0* or IN. 4* EX. 2*

Possibly. but to remove all doubt, do the tuning of the cams at the dyno for best results.

they are currently set at exh r3 and intake 0

we ran out of time on the dyno and my tuner put them where he wanted, but we didnt do another pull... I trust him, but....

you need to align the cam according to piston position.
