Default cam sprocket question

i have AEM adjustable cam sprocketsin a b16a, i was wondering what is the best recommended setting for adjustable cam sprockets? No camshafts yet.

dyno time. Or leave them at 0 until you get some cams.

same as above but if you must play try very small increasments.....

also usually advancing intake about 1 deg and retarding the exhaust should create more overlap and possibly increase the power...
