went to track tonight
I have a 94 Integra LS w/ Drag gen 3 kit @10p.s.i., stock wheel and all season tires....1st run was: 15.574@99.38, w/ 2.505 60ft......2nd run was: 14.990@103.39, w/ 2.703 60ft.....1st run I had massive wheel hop when I took of, then in 3rd gear my clutch either slipped like crazy or I hit an oil slick...don't know.....2nd run I had a bad take off, bogged pretty bad at the line...........what do you think I should be getting for e.t. with some improvements????..........only my second time dragging, I SUCK!

Re: went to track tonight (SpoolinLS)
it all depends on the track conditions, but mostly on the tires....tonight i was launching at about 4000 rpms. a couple months ago i was only launching at 2700rpm with the same piece of **** tires.

Is that all the Drag III is good for, 14's? They're decent times but I'd expect much better.
Edit*...What's your 60' time?

103 mph is good for high 13's. Get some stickier tires (azenis or DR's) and practice that launch. That's what's killing you. The MPH is the biggest indicator of the power you're making, so you're fine in that regard.
edit: maybe mid 13's

WOW, those are some bad launching timeslips!
Don't worry, there's nowhere to go but down (in times that is)
Try launching the car off idle, and just ease it down the track. Drive it like you're on the street, trying to get through traffic REALLY quickly, cause an LS turbo will make enough torque to blow off the tires in 1st, 2nd and probably well into third.
Hope this helps.
