Default water temp gauge

I'll be putting in my Defi-Link and Display soon, and am just trying to figure out all my sensor locations.

I have a line tee'd into one of the throttle body coolant lines that is converted to a -6 i believe for my water coolant lines to the turbo. What I'm trying to find out is, if I added in a fitting so I could hook up the water temp sensor inline with the turbo coolant lines, what kind of readings will I see as opposed to using the T from Greddy in the radiator hose.

Also, besides using a sandwich plate, anyone have any ideas where to tap for oil temp? I was thinking to maybe get a fitting welded in the pan, or spring for a Moroso.

Don't use the turbo coolant lines for water temp unless you want to know the temp of the water going through the turbo. Nucleate boiling will occur in those lines, and that will jack the readings up.

exactly what I wanted to know.

so the readings will be higher even in the 'in' line? where would be the most accurate spot?
