Default Water cooling - is it worth it??

I'm gonna be joining Kyle's MaxRev groupbuy and its gonna cost an extra 100 to get the water cooling option on the turbo. Is it worthwhile to have water cooling if I give sufficient cool-down time for the turbo? Does water-cooling really make a difference in turbo life over just oil cooling? And is it something I can add later as an upgrade? TIA

oh yeah if I hook it up to the TB does that mean coolant would be bypassing the TB and run to the turbo instead? That would be bad during the winter time wouldn't it?

i would recommend using water to aide in cooling a ball bearing turbo. however, some have had success/luck running bb with just oil.

yes, spend the extra 100. no its not something that you can just add later. What it is, is a diferent center section for the turbo. But yeah i would get it.
