wastgate to turbo ?
ok here is the deal the yellow line in the pic goes from the wastgate to turbo and this little "T" fitting was in between the line. the guy told me don't worry about that it was ment to be there so i could build 9psi on a 5lb spring. Is that true or what can someone tell me about this. Also my greddy type-rs bov is like doing a whistle instead of a "woosh"...do i need to make it harder.

That's a ghetto boost controller. It bleeds pressure at a certain rate to make more boost. Its basically a low budget non adjustable manual boost controller.
As far as your blow off valve.. Greddy valves always whistle.. They sound like a space bird on acid. Adjust your valve loose enough so that when you get right above positive pressure and let off it still opens...

To adjust the bov? Drive the car around... Probably in fourth on the highway.. Use light throttle and as soon as you get right above vacuum let off... Your blow off valve should open and there should be little to no compressor surge. Adjust it till opens like that just don't loosen it too much or it will stay open too long.
