Does it feel like you're making boost? Does the car feel faster and do you hear the turbo spooling?
Is your wastegate hooked up correctly? Need some more info on what's going on.

got a boost leak somewhere... or is your turbo even spooling? i had a similar problem before, check the turbo to make sure it spins... if so... then recheck all the piping.. it sounds like a boost leak tho

Re: NO boost? (bubs)
yes the car feels much faster and i do hear the turbo spooling up ... about the wastegate i heard it opening and closing when i had no bov then i installed the bov i no longer heard it how tight should it be because right now its on pretty tight its an internal wastgate by the way

I would guess that something's up with your blow off valve - almost like it's not closing and venting off some of your boost. Also, what are you using for vac. sources on your boost gauge and bov?

Dont tee your boost gauge to the wastegate actuator line. In fact I dont think you ever want to tee anything off of the wastegate line (other then a boost controller). Tee the BOV and boost gauge to a vacuum source on the IM. I think you'd get a more accurate boost and vacuum reading if you tap the gauge on the IM after the TB.

I've heard people say that it is also a bad idea to tap two items off of the FPR. You could try tapping off of the brake boost line, but it's a big hose. You could also run a vacuum manifold and just run all your vacuum sources off of that.
