wastegate to small??

Default wastegate to small??

ok so i have a t3/t61 turbo and i have a ebay 38mm wastegate.. i am not sure if it is goint to be to small or not... i have a 12 psi spring if that make any difference.. but let me know thanks

size isnt, but quality might be an issue. Ebay wastegates are touch and go.

as long as it functions correctly, a 38MM WG should be fine, as was already mentioned, the ebay quality may be an issue, but I would be willing to give it a shot!

ya i have had it for a year now and i was on my boosted d but with a t3/t4 57 trim and it was fine with 25psi with 75 shot of nitrous so im just going to try it and see how it goes...

the more boost you run the more efficient your WG is. a 38mm at high boost levels would be perfect (like stated)

if you are trying to run a low boost level then a larger WG might be for you.

id say give it a shot but watch out for creep
